St. Michael’s is seeking a Permanent Part Time Receptionist for the Main Reception.
Candidates with experience as a Receptionist and effective use of Microsoft Office skills are preferred. Retail experience is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written are a must. Candidates should be capable of functioning effectively with frequent interruptions while maintaining a professional office environment.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
Helping the Families at the Front as they come in to visit their loved ones.
Processing payments for Baba’s Own Sales – online and in person.
Perform clerical duties, such as directing calls, filing, faxing and photocopying.
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant
